Delete directly inside the CosmosIQ app* Recommended
Open the CosmosIQ app on your Android device, then follow these steps:
① Open the app → tap your Profile icon (bottom right)
② Go to Settings → scroll to Account
③ Tap "Delete Account"
④ Read the warning → select reason → tap "Confirm Delete"
⑤ Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile/email to confirm
⏱ In-app deletion is processed immediately for account deactivation, with full data purge within 30 days.

Legal Retention Notice
Payment records are retained for 7 years as required under the Income Tax Act, 1961, GST Act, 2017, and RBI Master Directions. These records are stored securely, access-restricted, and are not used for any marketing purpose. All retained records are anonymised (your name/contact is removed; only transaction ID, amount, date, and GST details are kept).

Your deletion request is logged. You receive a confirmation email/SMS with a reference number.
Identity Verified Within 48 hrs
We verify your identity via your registered email/phone OTP to prevent unauthorised deletion.
Account Deactivated Within 3 days
Your account is immediately deactivated - you cannot log in, but data is held for a short cooling-off period.
Personal Data Deleted Within 30 days
All personal data (profile, documents, learning history, KYC files) is permanently purged from all systems including backups.
Deletion Confirmed Day 30
You receive a final confirmation email that your account and data have been permanently deleted from CosmosIQ / Matriye Software Pvt. Ltd. systems.
Temporarily disable notifications
Go to Profile → Settings → Notifications and turn off all alerts without deleting your account.
Download your data first
Request a copy of your data at [email protected] before deletion. We'll send a data export within 7 days.
